Phosphatidyl Serine

200 mg

Phosphatidyl Serine (PS) is important for the overall health of brain cells. Research has indicated that PS can improve memory and recall, and may also help ease the symptoms of depression. There is also some promising research that indicates that PS may help slow the progression of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Lecithin

500 mg

Every cell in the body needs lecithin. It may help prevent arteriosclerosis, protect against cardiovascular disease, improve brain function, and increase energy. It may help repair liver damage. Lecithin enables fats (like cholesterol) to be dispersed in water and removed from the body. Vital organs and arteries are then protected from fatty buildup.

N Acetyl Carnitine HCL (also known as Acetyl-L-Carnitine)

600 mg

Research indicates that Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) provides energy to the brain, increases levels of neurotransmitters that are needed for learning and memory, and may also actually repair damage caused to brain cells by poor nutrition and stress. Other research indicates that ALCAR may be helpful in the treatment of depression, in improving the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy, enhancing immune function and in slowing the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.
