Your Comprehensive Health Assessment, Recommendations, and Treatment (CHART)

Every plan for achieving optimal health is individualized, and we base that plan upon certain foundational information we obtain from you. This information will allow our consulting directors to create an individualized plan. We call this plan your CHART (Comprehensive Health Assessment, Recommendations, and Treatment). This plan will take into account your personal medical history  and results of testing that we will do with you. 

Our primary goals are the twin pillars of wellness: 1) increased blood flow through your body, and, 2) reduced inflammation. The results of achieving these two goals will include:
